Premiered in November 2022, Triptych takes us on a journey of joy, freedom, and pride woven together through symbolism, customs, and tradition as we navigate our identity as Ukrainians in Canada. Triptych integrates elements of dance, spoken word, video, and music and was created as three associated acts intended to be appreciated together. Performers include members of Troyanda Ukrainian Dance Ensemble, youth dancers representing Ukrainian dance schools in Manitoba, and newcomer Ukrainian artists who have settled in Manitoba. The production is one hour long.
